The planned measures of Life Bats&Birds should be secured in the long term. The easiest way to ensure this is to purchase the land on which measures are undertaken. Therefore, 50 ha of arable land and intensive grassland, permanent grassland as well as fallow land (wet fallows, scrubby slopes, bushes, field woods) are to be purchased in the project. As an alternative to purchase, areas can also be secured through long-term leases, thus guaranteeing the sustainability of the implemented measures.
